Brandon Graham of the Philadelphia Eagles Teams Up With The Tyanna Foundation for Breast Cancer Awareness Month

October 2, 2013; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania:

To kick off Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Philadelphia Eagles Linebacker Brandon Graham has teamed up with local group, The Tyanna Foundation, to help raise funds and awareness of Breast Cancer.  Brandon will be at Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza in Wayne (321 E Lancaster Ave, Wayne, PA 19087) on Tuesday, October 8 from 6:30-7:30pm to meet and greet fans and to help raise funds for the foundation.

Every Tuesday in October, Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza in Wayne and Horsham will donate 10 percent of its sales to The Tyanna Foundation, and Yards Brewing Company will donate $.50 from every pint of its PYNK beer sold at Anthony’s. Plus, anyone who donates $20 to the Foundation while there will be put in a drawing to win two of Graham’s personal tickets to the next Eagles home game!  There will be a new drawing each Tuesday and a winner will be pulled for tickets throughout the month of October.

“I’m really looking forward to working with the Tyanna Foundation. Five sisters founded this foundation after their mother passed of breast cancer and when I heard about their story, I wanted to help in any way possible.  Hopefully we can raise money and awareness for them throughout this month,” said Graham.

After a winner is chosen each week, the bucket will be cleared and a new drawing will be pulled the following Tuesday.
Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza will also be supporting the Tyanna Foundation at its Wilmington and Pike Creek locations every Tuesday throughout the month of October.

About the Tyanna Foundation

The Tyanna Foundation honors a mother’s life, love, and living legacy. Tyanna Barre O’Brien lost her battle with breast cancer in 1990 at the tender age of 48. Her legacy continues today through the work of her daughters Anne, Bridget, Megan, Sara & Kate O’Brien, the founders of BreastFest. It is our commitment to awareness and prevention that inspires and leads the work of the Tyanna Foundation.

Since it’s inception in 1999 in Athens, GA., the Tyanna Foundation has worked tirelessly increasing awareness and generating money for breast cancer research, services, education, treatment and patient care for local breast cancer patients and survivors. We are expanding our reach, and have raised over $1,000,000 to help local organizations in Southern New Jersey, Baltimore, Maryland, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to treat and care for breast cancer patients.
All of the funds raised in each city benefit a local breast center or breast health organization.
